wrist blades are best made to fit youre arm take 3 fingers and put them up against the inside of youre elbo and mesure up to 2 fingers away from ware youre hand conects to youre wrist

Ace Hardware is ware I got the wire, nuts 'n bolts, and the sheet metal for the blade, the rest I got around the house.
like the housing and track were from my old dresser and computer desk

no prob oh and the springs don't need vary mutch tention to get the job done, the hire the tention the more it will just eather hurt your fingers or just give you problems

the wire? bend your finger as far down as you can and put the ring on the wire around your end knuckel and run it down to the oposit end of the track from the blade
